VIDEO - Harvey Wallbanger

Hi, I'm Jay from McCauley’s in Warrington. On behalf of Great Cocktails.co.uk, I'm going to show you how to make a Harvey Wallbanger.

To make a twelve ounce glass of Harvey Wallbanger, you're going to need three quarters of an ounce of Vodka, a quarter ounce of Galliano, and about six ounces of orange juice.

You want your twelve ounce Collins cocktail glass. Always make sure your glass is clean and free from breakages. You want to fill your glass with nice clean fresh ice.

To mix this cocktail you need your sixteen ounce Manhattan mixing tin, and into that you're going to put three quarters of an ounce of Vodka.

Next up you want to put about six ounces of orange juice in, a little bit of ice in the tin to mix it with.

Another McCauley’s cocktail glass, make sure its nice and secure. A good shake round to blend the alcohol with the juice.

Take that off, use a glass to filter out the ice and then pour into your fresh glass.

Then on top of this, you're going to want to put a quarter ounce of Galliano, just drizzle it across the top. A couple of straws, it’s a Harvey Wallbanger.
