VIDEO - Long Island Ice Tea

Hi, I'm Jay from McCauley’s Warrington. On behalf of Great Cocktails.co.uk I'm going to show you how to make a Long Island Ice Tea.

I'm going to make a twelve ounce glass of Long Island Ice Tea. For that you will need a half ounce of Vodka, half ounce of White Rum, a quarter ounce of Gin, a quarter ounce of Triple Sec, and you need about three ounces of sweet and sour mix (lime and sugar mix) .

The first thing you will need for your Long Island Ice Tea is a twelve ounce Collins glass. Always make sure your glasses are clean and free from breakages.

Next thing you need is your ice; always make sure you have fresh clean ice. Next up, you're going to want your sixteen ounce cocktail shaker. Always make sure your equipment is clean and dry.

A half ounce of Vodka, a half ounce of White Rum, only a quarter ounce of Triple Sec, and a quarter ounce of Gin. You're going to want three ounces of sweet and sour mix and you mix this hard. Ensure all the ingredients are blended together. Pour your mixture into your glass and after that, top it up with a little bit of cola. A couple of straws, it's a Long Island Ice Tea.
