Hi I'm Jay from McCauley's in Warrington on behalf of Great Cocktails.co.uk and I'm going to show you how to make a 'White Russian'.

For a twelve ounce 'White Russian', you are going to need a ¾ ounce of vodka, ¾ ounce of coffee liqueur such as Tia Maria or Kahlua and six ounces of milk and cream.

This is a built cocktail so you don't need any mixing tin you can build it straight in the glass. Take your twelve-ounce Collins cocktail glass; always make sure your glass is clean and free from any breakages.

Next up you want to fill your glass with clean fresh ice, to make sure the drink is nice and cold. Next is ¾ ounce of vodka, ¾ ounce of coffee liqueur, top that up with about six ounces of milk and cream, just pour that over your ice, couple of straws and that's a 'White Russian'.
